I think I'm finally close to being rid of this bug. I certainly feel tons better than I did last weekend and earlier this week. In some ways, this week has been a blur simply because my brain has been in a "fog" from my illness, whatever it actually was (yes, I'm claiming the past tense on it!). I don't believe it was the flu, since I didn't have all of the symptoms I'd associate with the flu, nor do I believe it was covid, since I never lost the ability to taste or smell, and if I had a fever at all, it was very low grade. So I'm just calling it the "crud" lol. It appears to be making the rounds, and it appears to affect different people, well, differently. One of my coworkers, the one who's had it as long as I have, coughs up a lot of phlegm, but my cough has been dry and never once have I coughed up the phlegm. I have had a ton of congestion in my nasal passages, though! And I've been doing a ton of sneezing.

Anyway, I finally got that Christmas tree I've been wanting. It's about 3 feet tall and is just perfect for my needs for this year. I feel the need to simplify my life, because it's gotten so complicated and with everything that went on in August, I just...don't want to make things more complicated than they are. The first 9 pictures below are of the Christmas tree and the few presents I have already wrapped under it. One is for Steve, one for Ian, and then one for my great nephew. Still have a few more to get.

The next picture is of the food I make for Max, my dog, twice a week. He's very finicky and won't eat canned food, but he does enjoy my cooking! The next picture is of him waiting quietly for his meal to be ready. And then there's a picture of me in all my glory lol.

Then comes a very, very hot picture I found on Facebook that will melt your screen! Just so, so hot! Caliente! Seriously hot!

Next is a cute little meme with my name in it. Caution, Curious George has become Furious George! lmao Just thought it was funny. 😉 And next is a sweet sparkling wine from the store that I found. A flirtatious toad! lol I decided to buy a bottle but haven't tried it yet. Perhaps this weekend when Steve's here!

Ok, and then we have quite a few images of Charlie Matthews for today's model spotlight. Charlie is gorgeous and has been modeling for a number of years. He's been a model for Guess, Calvin Klein, and many others. He has 2 Instagram pages, the first one here and the second one here. Check him out, he also has an OnlyFans page.
