Two Goats and a Donkey!

Monday, November 6, 2023

Happy Monday, y'all! Another weekend has passed, another week is beginning! I really missed Steve this weekend and I'll be happy when this next weekend comes along since he'll be here. It will also be the Renaissance Faire at the Hattiesburg Botanical Gardens Saturday and Sunday. Steve doesn't know it yet, but I plan for us to go! I even ordered us some costumes to wear when we go - which I know he's going to balk at, but he can just get the fuck over it! I anticipate a fun day for both of us! And we always do what he wants to do instead of what I want to do, so...there's that. 😃

Time is limited this morning, so I'll just right on in! I have quite a few images for your perusal today! The first image is just a fun little Spartan meme that's hilarious and probably quite true! The next five images are just of me in various and sundry poses. Gotta get my ugly mug on here sometimes! The next 9 are some pictures of the babies. Max the dog and Maggie the cat. Always wanting my attention or to be right around me as much as they can! So much for the illusion of the aloof cat!

The next image is of some chicken I made, which turned out delicious! Here's the recipe:

Sauce:
2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup
1 can of water (use the Cream of Chicken can)
Seasoned salt to taste
Lemon pepper to taste
Minced onion
Rosemary/Garlic mixture (mine was a premixed spice bottle from Sam's)

Mix together ingredients then coat the chicken (I used 5 skin-on thighs) with the sauce and place in a greased oven pan. For mine, I sprayed it with Pam. Use remaining sauce to fill the pan, pouring over the chicken as well. Cover with foil, then bake at 400° for 1 - 1.25 hours, depending on your oven. Turned out delish!

After the chicken are some images taken at a rooftop pizza and pinot noir party hosted by our wine and spirits store. It was a fun night! Next, even though I still don't care about plants right now, I was still stricken in awe by the beauty of these flowers blooming after the long, hot, dry summer was over and after we had the first rainfall in 3 months. Very beautiful! And then there are five images of Steve, my boyfriend, being serious in the first then playing around in a huge urn he'd bought.

The last 12 pics are in the model spotlight I've started doing here. This model is Anatoly Goncharov, a Russian model, that I've followed for many years. He also had an OnlyFans page, but of course it was deactivated once Russia invaded the Ukraine. I'll be glad when Russia is defeated for many reasons, among them being that I'd be able to follow some very attractive Russian models once again. He can be found on Instagram at this time.

So that's it for this entry! I hope this week, and especially today, treats everyone fairly and gently! Have a fantastic Monday and I'll see you again, hopefully soon!
